1.30 Got abroad #8 POET looks the one to watch on debut. Comes from a leading yard and although little short on preparations but may just be bit too good for this weak maiden. Among experienced horses #6 RED REVENGE who has matched strides with better juveniles since debut can have a say in the finish if he is fully fit. Keep an eye. 

2.00 #GERMANICUS has acquitted himself  well against Group opposition and gets the vote now he tackles handicaps for the first time.

2.30 Had a good lung opener on resumption and with that run under her girth #4 AGELESS should go close to winning this. 

3.00 #4 KING CANYON  had the one start and could be open to improvement over this short scurry.

3.30 Dazzling multi Classic winner #1 MYRTLEWOOD looks outstanding in this field and has to just complete formalities. 

4.00 Ignore his last couple of runs in graded races #3 ARAK merits attention  for his impressive maiden win at this trip. Hard to beat. 

4.30 #4 ALMOST MAGICAL put in a fair run on debut and will appreciate this short distance. 

5.00 #7 ASPEN has shown some ability and battled on well in upper grade races in winters. Drops in grade and fair chance with a run under her belly. 

5.30 #4 KINGSTON HEATH comes out of a strong race first-up where he ended a faraway 4th over 1200m trip. He will love the shorter trip so should be hard to beat.
