1-5 MASSIMO [4.30] finished his race off nicely when placed last start resuming. Fitter here and the extra distance suits.
Ignore his last start resuming after suffering from colic 2-4 KRAMER [5.00] has come off the short break looking much improved. He has drawn ideal barrier and if he finds his earlier form he is sure to go close to winning this. Strong fancy.
3-2 CLYMENE [5.30] was a solid winner first-up back from a long spell. Up in grade and should be hard to beat again here with extra fitness.
4-5 WHITEWALKER [6.00] ran well first-up in the rich The Gool S. Poonawala million (Grade 3) for 3YO race. Drops at suitable trip and need not find much more from that run to take this out.
5-2 ALYATIES [6.30] was impressive winning this track and distance last start and second horse ( Dolphin) has won since. Can defy the class penalty.
Big watch is debutant 5-7 STORM STAR who had a good mock race earlier and will give this a shake.
6-1 HUDSON [7.00] takes a nice drop in class but pays for it at the weights. Has a chance to earn his maiden tag in this weak field
6-2 SHAKIN STEVENS comes back from the spell and has been working well. Must include in chances even with this rider
7-5 MAN OF WORD [7.30] has put the writing on the wall with strong showings at his past two starts. Well weighted in this company and gets ace rider onboard. Distance suits and rates highly.
8.00 8-1 MONTECASINO was unlucky not to finish closer over the sprint course here last week. Will relish the rise in distance to prove hard to hold out.
8-10 INSINIT generally races near the speed, could upset.
