5.00 #3 VULCAN is suited by this class and distance, he has been a beaten favourite at his last outing but should be prominent throughout and hard to hold off with experienced Sandesh aboard. 

5.30 #6 COMMODORE had a torrid trip working hard in front last start and understandably tired over 2400m. Had won well here prior and back to this trip puts him in with an excellent chance. 

5.55 #7 LADY IN RED made good steady ground on debut. Better for that outing and the extra distance suits. 

6.20 Hard not to be impressed with the run of #6 BEACH GAME first-up from spell and with that run under his belt and back to his ideal trip he should go close to winning this. 

6.45 #5 SOVEREIGNSKY has admittedly proven costly starting hard in the market. Will however find this more suitable and has looked to display plenty of ability at the trials. Expect Stable to have her ready to fire here fresh. Merits strong consideration for her close 3rd to Germanicus on debut at this track and distance. 

7.15 #1 SYNCHRONICITY gets the drop in class and distance and with 5kg claim she'll be charging home. 

7.45 #3 CAPTAIN rises in class on the last-start maiden victory later disqualified for positive substance. So is essentially a winner without a penalty and can pick up from he left off.

Keep an eye on #9 PRINCESS ATHENA who can give this a shake at this feather weight.
