BIG SUR [2.30] ran a forward race in Pune derby, earlier won a mile in a close finish suggesting the rise to this distance is what he needs.

Last start won in grade 3 and now demoted in class 1 DANCING PHOENIX [3.00] can win on sheer class if he sustains long Mahalakshmi stretch else CHAMPAGNE who went close last start to show he has cycled back into peak form can strike now. 

CASTLEBRIDGE [3.30] looks formidable in the feature event of the day. 

Improving colt and potential classic contender CAMBRIDGE [4.00] won impressively back from a long spell last start at Pune and can be strongly fancied for a hatrick. 

QUEENS BEST [4.30] first-up after 7 months spell and looks to have come to hand with a good mock race under her belt, perfectly placed. Keep an eye on ANNIVERSARY GIRL who can upset dropping back in grade and distance. 

SIA or RICH N RARE [5.00] are likely to fight out in this weak bottom class with former having an advantage over later on age factor.

Ignore his last effort SIR WALTER RALEIGH [1.10] merits attention for his earlier third to TA TA over same trip. SEA CHANGE is working well and can upset.

Back in trip ARC OF HISTORY [2.15] has the speed to overcome a very wide draw and should look to roll forward. Strong fancy. 

THUNDERING [2.45] never got clear run at them last start and with better run will figure in winners circle. TOP STARCHY is due for the win anytime, keep safe. 

Pipped by M.Del.Rey last time SOUTHERN PROMISE deserves another chance under strong rider. 

SWEET MARCH was in good form last prep without winning and had a run benefit on this track with youngsters. Merits consideration for her consistency.

Very consistent FREE EAGLE [4.15] looks ready to earn his maiden tag. The colt has fine handicap chance.
