5.30 Highest rated #1 PALATIAL is yet to tackle this gruelling trip but he will surely stay the trip and has class edge above the rest. The one to beat.
6.00 #2 SERENO raced on the speed and weakened over 1200m last start resuming. The shorter journey looks a plus and rates as one of the main chances.
6.30 #1 SMART VISION hit the line solidly to run into placing last start. Extra distance ideal and gets chance to win.
#12 TALL STORY found plenty of trouble last time out and should have finished much closer. Can upset at this low weights. Don’t ignore.
7.00 #2 CERRADO ran a much improved race when resuming from lengthy lay-off. Will surely have only benefitted enormously for having had that run under her belt.
#3 GALLANT KNIGHT expected to settle on speed and comes down from grade level racing, outside hope.
7.30 #4 ALYATIES was well backed last start but was given no hope in the run. The 3.5kg claim helps and deserves another chance. Strong fancy.
8.00 #8 GALTERO nearly caused an upset in town last start when only just missed. Only needs to hold that form to win this.
#5 TAR HEEL struggled last start after working hard in the lead. Drops in grade and and can give the top pick a challenge.
